not stupid at all :) you couldent possibly have known. We have some amazing grave yards arround here some go back to the 11th century.I find them very peacefull places to be.
I prefer the dead to the livng *lol* as they are far less difficult to deal with! *hee he he*

I agree with you entirely, there's something magical about spending time at the final resting places of people that lived centuries ago... At times, the statues are breathtaking! :D I have a few in my gallery from a Polish cemetery in Massachusetts.

Yes , if i ever need to give my head peace I always head to the cemetery.
I did look n your gallery and thought your pics were very atmospherc and beutiful.
I am off to another of our local graveyardy today. this one is older as it is attached to a very lovely old church. so I may well have some more pics to post tommorow.
